Originally a mix of woods and meadows, the construction of Maple Basin Drive involved logging and clearing, then constructing 3100' of 18' traveled road with 2' shoulders.

This project was critical for access to the home development and had a robust infrastructure design: 785' of 36" storm pipe, 150' of 48" storm pipe, 1500' of buried power, forebay and flow control measures, and a 5' catch basin.

The road had 2 major stream crossings with the largest involving building a crossing nearly 25' above the stream level.
