Completed in October 2022, We worked closely with Owners Josh and Nate to demolish an existing structure, develop and build 142 Storage units in Essex, VT.

We worked with the town and designers as well as a talented team of subcontractors to resolve the challenge of fitting as much rentable space in a .99 acre footprint. Most units are 10x10 with a 5x10 option available.
